After the form has been submitted and payment received, I will review your current training routine and assess your needs. You will receive your one-time workout program within 48 hours of me receiving all details needed from you. There may be follow-up questions after the application form submission.

You will receive your one-time meal plan with weighted measurements and macronutrients break down per meal, within 48 hours of me receiving all details needed from you. There may be follow-up questions after the application form submission.

  • This does not come with adjustments, modifications or form check reviews. A workout program isn’t a one-week plan, but can be utilized for many weeks/months given you’re able to constantly focus on connection, intensity and progressive overload — regardless if you’re in a caloric surplus or a deficit. The goal is to always improve and push yourself in workout sessions.
