Ingredients: make sure you have/use a food scale!
1 pack of sugar-free fat-free instant vanilla pudding mix
16 oz (454g) non-fat plain greek yogurt
Instructions:
Scoop non-fat greek yogurt into a medium sized dish
Slowly add your pudding mix into your yogurt
Continue stirring as you add the pudding mix
Make sure all of the mix dissolves
Let it set in the refrigerator over night
